Q1. How Can I Return My Order?
All items purchased from NovaPeak.net can be returned within 45 days of receipt.
Please indicate your reason of returning and write us an email at service@NovaPeak.net before you return the order, or download the Return&Exchange form and send us an email. We will answer you as soon as possible and explain to you how the return would be processed.
Please don't send back your order until we emailed you back with the appropriate address, which is not the one displayed on the parcel.

We have very strict quality control and inspection before we dispatch the order. If you receive an item that is not in its perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered, will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
$15.95 express shipping fee is not available for refund if you request a return or refund.
